Paid Social Media Sr. Manager / Supervisor

We are looking for a Paid Social Media Sr. Manager/Supervisor to join our team. The Paid Social Media Sr. Manager/Supervisor will be responsible for shaping strategy and investment across social media environments and execution of multiple paid social media budgets across all social channels including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok and Snapchat. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Media Directors and will work closely with the account management, content and creative teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop paid social media strategy, leverage social across platforms and integrate social media into multi-channel marketing strategies
  • Launch and execute multi-million dollar paid social campaign budgets and advise on recommended campaign optimizations
  • Perform day-to-day campaign monitoring to ensure delivery goals are fulfilled
  • Understand social media KPIs and collaborate with analytics team to deliver meaningful campaign insights and actionable takeaways
  • Plan and manage allocated campaigns and implement new initiatives
  • Work closely with account management and creative teams to develop media strategies and build customizable social media plans (including audience targeting and segmentation, messaging, flighting, budgeting, etc.)
  • Manage relationships with vendor partners and stay up to date on social media trends and identify social media trends and innovation to stay relevant and effective

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in paid media with extensive experience executing social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok and Snapchat, etc.; knowledge and experience using Facebook Power Editor and Twitter Ads Manager preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large and complex Paid Social campaigns that require quick turnaround times for launch
  • Experience with Paid Social campaign management technology from implementation to daily management of optimization features
  • Team player, must thrive in a fast paced and deadline driven agency environment
  • Ability to interpret, compile, summarize and communicate learnings, striving to continuously improve the ROI of a client’s budget
  • Solid understanding of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint combined with strong written and communication skills
